I’m so excited for this Kickboxing/MMA Workout, also known as Core de Force!

What did you think of the Core De Force sneak peek on Beachbody On Demand this past Monday?! 

For those who missed it, Core de Force is a workout mix of kickboxing, cardio, and MMA (mixed-martial arts). It will leave you drenched in sweat, feeling like you can take on the world! And it will carve out your midsection!

I always feel so bada#* when I’m kicking and punching…I love feeling strong and powerful!!!! 💪What’s great is that the moves were easy to follow and Joel & Jericho are rockstar instructors!!!

Core De Force is set to be released 11/1 and I will be starting a challenge group the Monday following! Who wants to rock this program with me?! 😀

Wow, right?! 😳😀

This is my friend Christi Williams. She is part of the Core de Force test group. With her permission, I just HAD to share her AMAZING 30 day results. In just 30 days, she has lost 8 lbs and 13 inches! More importantly, she feels like she is back on track and so much stronger!
